What it covers:
This full warranty covers any defects in the electrical components and craftsmanship. This includes the malfunction or defect in any electrical components of the Crystal lamps and any loose or improperly attached crystals.
What it does not cover:
We cannot guarantee that your Crystal lamps will not become obsolete within your warranty period, if this is the case a private arrangement will be reached in the case of legitimate malfunction.

This full warranty does not assume the risk of loss or damage within the shipping process. We will not ensure your Crystal lamps throughout the shipping or return shipping process. You will be required to coordinate return paid packaging with insurance for the return delivery upon repair.
